Kremlin's new strategy: kill Umarov, remove Kadyrov, appoint Gantamirov

Publication time: 30 July 2010, 19:11

Operative sources of the leadership of the Caucasus Emirate received information regarding new plans of the Kremlin, which is desperately trying to suppress resistance of the Mujahideen of the Caucasus before the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014.

Sources say that masters in the Kremlin have come to an agreement that Putin's personal project "Kadyrov" exhausted its resources and capabilities. Moscow believes that the consolidation of Muslims in the Caucasus Emirate is the most dangerous factor today threatening the presence of Russia in the Caucasus.

The situation demands a new approach and non-standard solutions. The envoy of the Kremlin Khloponin, in particular, insists on that. One of his tasks after appointment as "the governor of the Caucasus" was to assess the situation on the base of the prospects of a new strategy of Moscow.

The most important element in the Kremlin's new strategy is the isolation of Chechnya from the Caucasus Emirate, as the primary cementing (geographically, military-political and historical) factor, which, according to Moscow, will split the Caucasus Emirate, disrupt its management, disorient the operating Mujahideen and Islamic youth, break the structure, and virtually destroy the Caucasus Emirate, after dividing the forces of the Caucasian Mujahideen to an acceptable level.

(Curiously, the same objectives are pursued by Chechen National Democrats who reflect moods of anti-Islamic forces. Formally, they withstand Russia, but actually are trying to do the same thing as Moscow - to isolate Chechnya from the Caucasus Emirate under the slogan of a national quasi-state formation, destroying combined efforts of Muslims for the de-occupation of Caucasus and creation of a truly independent state).

Procrastination of the hostilities in the Caucasus that destabilizes situation in ever more territories of the region, intensification of sabotage attacks on economic and strategic targets on territory of the Russian Federation against the background of overall economic instability in the world and the growth of tension in the country, facing serious problems for Russia, and a main political show in Moscow - Sochi 2014 - can be completely disrupted.

At the same time, the Caucasus Emirate's Emir Dokku Abu Usman, according to Kremlin's firm conviction, can be under any circumstances no subject for any political projects. However, the continuation of hostilities is also becomes unacceptable, which, in turn, implies that Moscow's main puppet Kadyrov becomes an obstacle on the way of the pacification of the Caucasus (at least, temporarily).

Thereupon, a plan has been designed in the depths of Medvedev administration, the basic elements of which are as follows:

Removal of Kadyrov (transferring him to Moscow to the post of a deputy minister in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation)

Appointment of Beslan Gantamirov (his main "security official" could be Said-Magomed Kakiyev, who will head the Chechen Interior Ministry, however, other candidates are also present) as the main puppet of the Kremlin in Chechnya.

The plan assumes that Beslan Gantamirov will receive from the Moscow credentials for broad negotiations with the Mujahideen to form a "unified government of national reconciliation" with appointment of Mujahideen commanders to leading posts, the legalization of Mujahideen units, a partial introduction of Sharia Laws into Chechnya and cancellation of persecution on the "Wahhabis".

The Kremlin is ready to move to physical elimination of some of the most odious Kadyrov's ringleaders, in particular, Adam Delimkhanov, Magomed Daudov and several other persons, to get rid of the factors of irritation and suspicion, impeding the project.

The physical elimination of Kadyrov is possible under certain circumstances.

Given the fact that the Emir of the Caucasus Emirate Dokku Umarov is an absolutely unacceptable figure to the Kremlin, Moscow intends to make every possible effort to kill Dokku Abu Usman. His murder is one of the key tactical elements in the new Kremlin's plan to "clean up" for Gantamirov a way for talks with the Mujahideen and save Moscow's face.

The Kremlin believes that without the physical elimination of Dokku Umarov, the project "Gantamirov" cannot be realized.

It is known that over the last 2 years the Russian secret services have taken a series of unprecedented efforts to kill Dokku Abu Usman. Among these were several unsuccessful attempts to poison the Emir of Mujahideen.

The FSB also tried to kill Dokku Umarov through Akhmed Zakayev, who sent for this purpose a large sum of money to Chechnya to one of the former demoted commanders, whom Zakayev declared his "military commander". Subsequently, Akhmed Zakayev said this former commander had been "blown up on a mine in the woods and died".

The developers of the Kremlin's new strategy based their plans on the experience of the Bolsheviks of 20-ies in Chechnya and Dagestan.

The Bolsheviks' tactics included -

A temporary permission of the Sharia courts, the legalization of Sharia regiments, recognition and allied relationship with the Emir of the North Caucasian Emirate Sheikh Uzun Hadji, encouraging of Shariatization of Chechnya and Dagestan.

After strengthening of the forces of the Bolsheviks and lulling the vigilance of Muslims, Sheikh Uzun Hadji was poisoned, the Sharia courts liquidated, Sharia regiments disbanded, the commanders of regiments executed, the Shariatization declared as counterrevolutionary and anti-Soviet, and Islamic leaders and influential people influence of the nation were exterminated.

Tens of thousands were exiled to Siberia on suspicion of disloyalty to the Soviet regime. Hundreds of mountain villages were bombed from airplanes, destroyed, destructed and burned down during the KGB operations.

According to the plan of the current Kremlin ringleaders, in case of the success of the project "Gantamirov", after some time, all commanders of Mujahideen legalized in such a way who became "politicians" will be eliminated (poisoned, executed, etc.), their units dispersed, a partial Sharia law abolished, all the Mujahideen, "Wahhabis" and people, loyal to them, captured or killed.

According to the authors of strategy, the terror must be single-staged, scaled, maximum bloody and brutal, but short in time to carry it out.

Sources in the leadership of the Caucasus Emirate reported that the information on Moscow plans had been received in the early spring this year through operative channels. Additional checking confirmed it.

The leadership of the Caucasus Emirate has already taken some counter-measures of organizational and personnel nature.
